I have more than 30 years of experience in international freight forwarding and logistics. During my career I have held management and ownership roles in logistics companies in both Hungary and Turkey, and have gained significant operational and strategic experience in the Europe-Turkey relationship.
As the founder of Kilikya Trans, I am responsible for the strategic direction and long-term development of the company. My professional approach is based on stable operations, responsible decision-making and partner-centric thinking.

After the generation change, I took over the operational and strategic management of Kilikya Trans. I have a law degree, which has given me the analytical thinking, systems thinking and structured problem-solving skills that I have acquired during my studies

Although I am a lawyer by training, transport has been with me all my life. My father brought me up close to the profession from a young age, so I know logistics from the inside rather than the outside. For me, the generational change was not just a change of position, but a responsibility for the future of a company built on decades of professional foundations.
I started my career in logistics at an international logistics company, where I coordinated the transport management and customs clearance of export-import goods. Subsequently, as a Domestic Regional Manager, I was responsible for managing operations, leading teams and optimising performance. This experience helped me to see processes in a systematic way and to improve the company’s operations at a strategic level.
Throughout my life I have always seen problems as a challenge. I believe that any operational situation can be solved if approached with structured thinking, quick reaction and responsible decision-making.
I believe that structured thinking, responsible decision-making and transparent operations create the trust on which long-term partnerships can be built.
For me, leadership is not a position, but a responsibility for stable operations and continuous improvement.

Even at university, I was sure that this was where I wanted to spend my future – a world of dynamism, constant change and fast problem solving is where I really feel at home. From the beginning of my career, I focused on logistics, warehouse operations and freight forwarding, with a particular focus on the Turkish relationship, which has been a dominant part of my daily life ever since. I have worked as a customer relationship manager, then as a freight forwarder and transport manager, and now as a technical director I am responsible for operational management and ensuring high standards. I have always been a perfectionist: it is natural for me that the work I do is done without error and to the highest possible quality. I believe it is important to be punctual, precise and to make sure that all our partners feel that they can count on us in any situation. Why logistics? Because it is a profession that is never boring. It’s always on the move, challenging and fast reacting – and that’s what I love about it. It teaches me something new every day, while giving me the opportunity to find solutions to complex situations and create real value for our partners.

From warehouse operations to transport management, I gained a wealth of experience that gave me a solid foundation for my future work.
I then pursued a career in a multinational environment, where I was able to gain a deeper understanding of the transport and warehousing processes on a case-by-case basis. This period further strengthened my professional knowledge and helped me to think in systems, processes and context.
In recent years I have specialised specifically in Hungarian-Turkish relations. During this period, I have gained considerable experience in customs clearance and the special relationship-related requirements and procedures that are essential for efficient operations.
My goal is to provide reliable, accurate and professional support to my partners – whether it’s freight management, customs clearance or the coordination of complex logistics processes. If we have the opportunity to work together, you will get a professional who puts his heart and soul into the task and does his utmost to make logistics a solution, not a burden. Kilikya Trans was founded in 2017 by Necip Aygür, who has more than 30 years of professional experience in international transport and logistics. During his career, he has managed logistics companies both in Hungary and Turkey as a managing director and owner, thus building a broad market knowledge and international operational experience.
Between 2017 and 2022, the company specialises in the transport of live animals, which requires a particularly high level of responsibility, precision and organisation. Following a generational change in 2022, the company has taken a new strategic direction and today operates as a complex international logistics service provider.
Our main activity is international FTL (full load), LTL (part load) and express road transport, mainly in the Europe-Turkey relation. We also provide our partners with sea, air and intermodal transport solutions, enabling fast, cost-effective and flexible movement of goods between different parts of the world.
Our operational presence in Hungary and Turkey, our own fleet of vehicles and our stable international partner network ensure capacity security and control over the entire process. Our services include international transport, groupage, express solutions, warehousing, customs clearance and domestic distribution – so we manage the entire logistics chain for our customers under one roof.
