Administrator with Turkish – Hungarian language skills

Tasks

  • Active communication with clients and partners, both orally and in writing, in Turkish and Hungarian
  • Administrative support for the work of transport managers
  • Liaison between the Hungarian and Turkish offices
  • Close cooperation with partner regions

Requirements

  • Secondary education
  • Excellent oral and written knowledge of Hungarian and Turkish
  • Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accurate, precise and independent work
  • Results-oriented attitude
  • Category B driving licence and own car (the site is not accessible by public transport)

An advantage

  • Experience in freight forwarding
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages
  • Experience in customs clearance
