In the summer of 2023, we further strengthened our international presence and service background by opening an office in Turkey. The primary objective of establishing a local office was to establish even closer and more efficient relations with our Turkish partners and to ensure faster and more accurate communication in day-to-day operational processes.
The opening of the Turkish office will greatly facilitate the coordination of the entire pallet groupage process, from quoting to organising loading and delivery. A local presence will also allow for immediate consultation, quick handling of any questions that may arise and bridging cultural and language differences.
This move will not only increase efficiency, but will also further strengthen our customers’ confidence and contribute to providing reliable, transparent and well-organised transport solutions in the Turkey-Europe region. The opening of the Turkish office is an important milestone in our company’s continued development and long-term growth strategy.
